Loved the requeson gordita and the quesadilla with homemade corn tortilla and asada (beef) Beware that the spicy burrito is no joke -- it's the spiciest thing we have eaten in years (we couldn't finish it since it was so spicy) . Regardless, we can't wait to come back for more gorditas! ”

“ I'm showed this place doesn't have a higher rating. Don Angel's is something I always crave when I'm in town visiting family! The food is delicious! The kitchen might not be as manned up as it should be but that's okay, just be patient for your food, I promise its worth it. When you walk in there's a traditional ranch vibe to the place that is super inviting. There's plenty of seating as well. We orderer a Taco Pirata, Chicharron Botanero en Salsa Verde Gorditas and Deshebrada en Salsa Verde. The Taco Pirata is a quesadilla with Carne Asada in a flour tortilla. The cheese is delicious and the asada is juicy making for a delicious bite. The Botanero in Salsa Verde Gorditas were delicious too with the meat being cooked perfectly in the salsa and the Deshebrada was surprisingly the best thing we had. So simple but so delicious with great flavors. The food was all so comforting. We also ordered a Pina Agua Fresca that was so refreshing. Ibadan had other Agua Frescas here before and we wanted originally ordered the Pepino but the server politely informed us they were out. We waited roughly 20 minutes for our food but again, its absolutely worth it! ”

“ The food was delicious. We had gorditas and burrito deshebrada un the restaurant and the were all very good. Unfortunately, the deshabrada was cold, the tortilla was nice a and hot but the inside was cold. The same happened to the gordita of rajas. Fortunately, the flavor of everything we had was very good so I won't take off any stars. We took a couple gorditas and half a gallon of menudo to go and they were very good as well. For the quality of food, I gladly give them five stars. I hope they listen about the temperature of the food though. The sauces were spicy and delicious. The horchata was perfect. Service was very family oriented so wasn't perfect but was a very friendly and authentic experience. Overall, a very nice experience. ”
